We are seeking a dedicated Deli Manager to join our team at a SPAR based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and efficient staff management.

• Manage and lead a team of deli staff to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Create and update deli menu offerings based on customer preferences
• Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance
