We are searching for a DEIB & Development Senior Program Manager who will serve as a member of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging and Development (DEIB + D) Team that sits under the People & Workplace (P&W) Function. This cross functional role will support both the GoFundMe & Classy Organizations. This role will act as a subject matter expert, internal consultant, and project manager to GoFundMe & Classy on complex projects pertaining to the drivers of the company’s DEIB + D Strategy. 

The Job…

  • Employee Resource Groups:
    • Define ERG effectiveness and measure impact using quantifiable success measures, maintain performance scorecard, and provide other metrics as needed to provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations to enable global ERG operational efficiency.
    • Implement initiatives to support ERG leaders’ career/professional development.
    • Ensure cross-ERG collaboration, both internally and externally, to drive efficiency and scale
    • Establish cadence to meet with ERG leadership on a regular basis to ensure alignment on strategy, goals and budget
  • Professional Development:
    • Assist in identifying, implementing, and sustaining corporate training programs and initiatives that support the professional development and career advancement of the employee base:
    • The Mentorship Program
    • The New Development Program (IGNITE)
    • Career Coaching for Individual Contributors
    • Work closely with the Onboarding, Learning & Development Team on a number of project as assigned by the Director of Learning & Development 
  • Training and Facilitations:
    • Support the development and delivery of DEIB training programs for employees at all levels.
    • Facilitate difficult conversations, workshops, and discussions related to DEIB. 
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops focused on professional development topics.
    • Collaborate with SMEs to develop content for training sessions and e-learning courses.
    • Deliver E-learning courses through Articulate and Go2Class platforms.
  • Project Manager:
    • Lead in the development of special adhoc initiatives across DEIB + Development

You…

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 4-5 years of DEIB/Facilitation Experience
  • 2-3 Years of Learning & Development Experience
  • The capability to work with Learning Management Systems
  • Proven track record of successfully managing development, mentoring, and coaching programs across all levels
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing DEIB Project Management from inception to execution
  • Proficient in group facilitation methodologies for delivering sessions on sensitive DEIB Topics across all levels of an organization
  • Experience with Employee Resource Group (ERGs) Management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven and able to analyze and interpret diversity metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence change at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and implement multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Global Diversity Acumen (specifically in EMEA + LATAM)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g Certified Diversity Professional, or ICF Membership) are a plus.
  • Experience with driving onboarding programming for new hires

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $85,000 - $125,000 + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
