You will:
- Develop and implement image classification and document understanding models to enhance user experience on our website and mobile applications.
- Create robust training and experimentation frameworks to ensure consistent and accurate model performance.
- Translate research into practical engineering solutions and products.
- Contribute to computer vision innovations to advance our capabilities.
- Maintain full ownership and accountability for systems that directly influence our business operations.
You Are:
- Thinking statistically: You have exceptional expertise in statistics and machine learning, allowing you to derive meaningful insights from data. You build sophisticated predictive models and identify optimal algorithms to solve real-world problems.

Requirements
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python.
- Advanced experience with PyTorch and familiarity with PyTorch Lightning.
- Demonstrated ability to develop robust and effective deep learning models.
- Exceptional software engineering acumen.
- Strong background in Computer Vision, including expertise with modern architectures such as ConvNext and ViT, and comprehensive knowledge of diverse downstream applications.
- Prior experience with self-supervised learning techniques is a plus.
- Experience with multimodal models such as CLIP or generative models such as diffusion models is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
- A strong presence and valuable contributions within open-source communities, such as Kaggle or GitHub, are preferred.
