Deck and Execution Support Manager

DOF is continually growing, and we are excited to announce a new opening for a Deck & Execution Support Manager to join our growing team. This is a newly established position.

In this role, you will have the overall responsibility for the planning and sufficiency of offshore project support resources, including Shift Supervisors, Deck Foremen, and Tower Handling Personnel. You will oversee the daily operations, manage and maintain Deck Equipment and Project rigging equipment, and ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, operational procedures, and adherence to HSEQ objectives and KPI’s. Additionally, you will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of department governing procedures and job descriptions, developing a documented annual plan, including securing qualified personnel and required equipment, and establishing, implementing, and executing an annual schedule for offshore personnel.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree within engineering electrical/mechanical or other relevant dicipline (Experience can compensate for lack of formally proven competence)
• Experience from Subsea Operations
• Working knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Technical Specifications and Standards 
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Highly confident, self-motivated and self-disciplined person with sound management and organizational skills
• Good communication and interaction skills
• Good organizational skills and smart working methods
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the employees
• A sound understanding and working knowledge of statutory requirements, HSE regulations and Standards related to the Offshore Engineering industry
