【職務内容/ Responsibilities】
1. Director以上の役職者と協力し、提案書を作成する。特に、顧客の要求と予算を鑑みて、具体的なデリバリープランを設計する
2. 受注した案件に対して具体的なアクションプランを設計し、スタッフが作業を効果的に進めるサポートを行う。
3. プロジェクト期間中は顧客のキーマンとコミュニケーションをとり、顧客の期待値、懸念を把握しながらプロジェクトを推進する。必要に応じて的確に軌道修正を図りながら、顧客の満足度の向上を図り、次のプロジェクトの提案、受注の可能性を高める
4.チーム運営において、1つ、もしくはいくつかの責任者として、Team Leaderと協力して組織の発展に貢献する
1. Work with Director or above to prepare proposals. Design specific delivery plans, especially in light of client requirements and budgets.
2. Design specific action plans for booked projects and support staff to effectively carry out their work.
3. Communicate with key persons throughout the project period to understand customer expectations and concerns, and control project precisely as necessary to improve customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of proposing and booking the next project.
4. Lead 1 or some modules to manage the team.
【求める職務経験・スキル（必須）/ Must Requirements】
1. 「要件定義」から「リリース」までのITデリバリーの工程経験必須（実務担当者としての経験、PMとしての経験どちらでも可）
2. Salesforce、もしくはMuleSoftの技術に精通していることは望ましいが、必須ではない。（何らかの言語、環境における構築、プログラム開発に精通していることは必須）
3. 日本語ネイティブレベル（N1保有者も、日本人顧客との微細な会話に対応が難しい場合、今回の候補者の対象外となります）
1. Experience in the IT delivery process from “requirements definition” to “release” required (either as a practitioner or as a PM)
2. Experience with Salesforce or MuleSoft are preferred but not required. (But, familiarity with developing programs in some language or environment is a must).
3. Japanese Native Level

- ITコンサルティング（業務改善、ToBeアーキテクチャ設計、顧客の要求定義等）
- クラウドサービスでのプロジェクト経験：色々なツール・技術を使うことを苦にしない
- 特にSalesforce/MuleSoft関係だと尚OK
- 英語力。もしくは英語でのビジネスへの熱意・耐性
-IT Consulting (business improvement, To-Be architecture design, defining customer requirements, etc.)
-Project Experience with Cloud Services: Comfortable using various tools and technologies.
-Particularly in Salesforce/MuleSoft: It's a plus if you have experience in these areas.
-English Proficiency: Or enthusiasm and resilience for business in English.
