DB Developer

Jalasoft is looking for a talented DB Developer to join our growing team. As a DB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases to support our software applications. You will work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that our data solutions are efficient, scalable, and align with the needs of the business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your database skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to innovative software solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SQL Developer with a focus on performance tuning and stored procedure development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with database design and normalization.
• Familiarity with indexing, query optimization, and performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred experience:

• Working knowledge in C# .Net development
• Familiarity with ETL processes.
• Proficiency working in a CI/CD environment
• Experience with automated testing 
• Proficiency in swarming, pairing, mobbing
