As a Database Administrator (DBA), you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our database systems are reliable, efficient, and secure. Your main tasks would be as follows:
- Database Management: Manage PostgreSQL databases within AWS, leveraging RDS and other relevant services.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize database performance and work with developers to create a seamless experience.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup strategies to keep our data safe and sound.
- Security: Implement best practices to ensure our data remains secure.
- Documentation: Help create clear and helpful documentation for our processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a fun and supportive team to tackle challenges together!

Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
- Experience with database performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
- Familiarity with security best practices in database management.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting database issues.
