The Role

We are looking for a Database Administrator to innovate, win and grow with us in Geneva!

How you'll contribute:

Understands, follows, and contributes to the refinement of team processes.
Proactively identify and resolve system availability, performance concerns as well as ensure system security.
Create and maintain encryption and replication strategies between various database environments.

Previous direct experience working as a Database Administrator
Shows pride in the quality of work being done
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to demonstrate previous experience with automation and configuration management tools
Performed tuning utilizing indexes, disk and query optimizations, and other methods
Experience with database replication and failover mechanisms.
Examples of previous work with encryption methodologies for databases.
Able to work with database clustering techniques
Experience with at least two of the following database technologies (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant experience
