ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Data Technology Lead for Poland and Europe, you will lead diverse Data Tech teams, drive Group Data Tech initiatives, and oversee financials, risk, control, project delivery, quality, and people strategy.
Key chellenges:
- Manage a mix of legacy and new systems.
- Modernizing aging technology to support business growth.
- Lead strategic programs with significant market impact.
- Navigate regulatory challenges and coordinate a distributed team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver comprehensive Data Technology services.
- Ensure transparency in Group Data Technology activities.
- Manage supplier performance and application health.
- Implement and maintain the Technology target operating model.
- Align Technology Strategy with market strategy.
- Execute the Group Data Technology portfolio and manage operational risks.
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
- Lead Europe-based Group Data Technology teams.
- Provide leadership and consultancy for data and architecture strategies.
- Foster a Data Culture across markets.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in leading large, diverse technology teams.
- Strong background in financials, risk management, and project delivery.
- Deep understanding of data technology and architecture, new trends (data analytics on Cloud) and data management policies.
- Proficiency in managing legacy systems and implementing modern solutions.
- Experience with vendor management and regulatory knowledge.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
