Our UniQue BI DWH Projects team is growing and we are looking for a Data Solutions Architect to join us.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Be responsible for the definition, analysis and design of complex Data solutions
- Ensure the solution will meet the clients’ needs and add value to their business.
- Be responsible for demos and PoCs
- Analyze current technological solutions used by customers and determine ways to improve them
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors
- Manage end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform and design the technical architecture
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- At least 6+ years of experience in Big Data, data warehouse, and data analytics projects
- Background in Architecture, Systems Design, or Software Development
- Strong knowledge in:
- Data processing
- Data storage and processing of large data sets
- Design and implementation of analyses
- Good understanding of:
- Visualization tools
- Security aspects
- Demonstrable Cloud experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
The following skills will be considered as assets:
- Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients
- Desirable certifications (i.e. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
