About the Role:

The G2 Data Solutions team is looking for an ambitious, consultative seller to join our growing Investor AE team. As a result, you’re encouraged to think creatively and be comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. G2 Data Solutions has seen tremendous client growth - most notably, Buy-Side Investors, Investment Banks, and Management Consultants - and you will have the unique opportunity to establish relationships focusing on closing new business. 

If you love the idea of working with the world’s market movers, helping to accelerate & scale a growing business, and have had experience selling data solutions to investment firms, we’d love to have you on our team! 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Own new business quota for Investor Solutions vertical
  • Collaborate with internal resources to tell data-driven stories
  • Drive urgency with prospects and help them see value in G2’s data
  • Advocate for G2 Data needs with internal stakeholders
  • Manage prospect expectations and escalations
  • Drive executive engagement and sponsorship on key target accounts

Desired Skills:

  • Experience carrying a quota of $700k+ in the financial services industry to MM/ENT companies
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment, DaaS experience strongly preferred
  • A proven track record of high performance and consistent career advancement
  • A driven and competitive personality 
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to comfortably present to VPs and C-Suite
  • The ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
