What is this role like?

We’re looking for a sharp and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team at Topsort! As a Data Scientist, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and refine algorithms that drive our platform forward.

• Develop and implement machine learning models for prediction of user behavior.
• Develop and implement budget forecasting models. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and optimize forecasting algorithms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights.

What (we think) you need to be successful - we’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well! 

• Ideal master or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in data science, specifically in forecasting.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
• Strong expertise in time-series forecasting, regression analysis, and machine learning. 
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn). 
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience in ad tech or related industries; familiarity with financial modeling and budget optimization techniques. 
• Nice to have: AI Forecasting experience.
