For our Cell Therapy organization in Leiden, we are looking for a Data Scientist

Scope

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join the Global Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT) team to build data models, to analyse and visualize our different manufacturing processes and product data sources. The Data Scientist joins a growing team of data focused colleagues and is  in close contact with different stakeholders of the data pipeline to help drive consistency and accelerating data analysis from early clinical stage through pivotal/commercial readiness.

Your role

• Map data needed by different stakeholders in different data sources.
• Interact closely with Data Engineers and other Data Scientists from the group and the organization to leverage and align with existing work.
• Build statistical models to summarize, analyse and turn data into information and dashboards to visualize that information.
• Document steps and protocols and keep them up to date.
• Plan and execute a data modelling strategy in line with the health authorities’ requirements.
• Think creatively and act independently.
• Communicate plans and results of the analyses with clarity to different stakeholders, providing relevant statistical context with different levels of abstraction.

The Data Scientist reports to the MSAT Data Science Lead.
