- Lead the development and execution of SFMC campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Work extensively with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) data extensions to prepare and optimize data for campaign deployment.
- Monitor campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
- Generate and analyze campaign attribution and performance reports, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements, validate data sources, and support campaign execution.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing for continuous improvement of email campaigns.
- Utilize HTML skills to create and modify email templates for various campaigns.
- Assist in the implementation of Journey Builder to enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing.
- Support the management of SFMC and complementary technology systems daily, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate regulations.
- Document technical processes and marketing automation procedures for user adoption and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree (MS) in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably as a campaign developer in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a strong understanding of email studio.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, HTML, and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Journey Builder, AMPscript, HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
