We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team and help us turn raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistics and Python programming, along with relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Data Analysis: Employ statistical techniques to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Data Visualization: Create clear and informative visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports that summarize data insights and recommendations.

Model Development: Assist in building and evaluating predictive models using machine learning techniques.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and statistical analysis tools (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- A passion for data and a desire to drive business decisions.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
