Qualifications:
Strong understanding of US financial institutions, products, services such as cards, loans, mortgages, accounts etc and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the research topics covered in Finserv space (products, providers, metrics, attributes) to ensure that you can provide the best support in case of questions and issues with the researchers.
Liaise with the analysts to have a productive discussion on research requirements, timelines and planning on next steps.
To maintain effective team coordination making sure projects are getting completed within set timelines by ensuring data quality.
Lead by example by consistently demonstrating subject matter expertise, proactiveness, initiative, and a results-driven approach in your own work.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data by conducting thorough quality assurance checks.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with specific teams, department heads, or designated contacts.
Reframe research strategies as needed, ensuring adaptability to changing circumstances and evolving project requirements.
