- Manually collect data from various sources, including websites, databases, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and source high-quality data that aligns with Fresh Futures’ objectives.
Data Cleaning & Verification:
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure it is free from errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data through double-checking and cross-referencing with reliable sources.
Data Maintenance:
- Regularly update existing datasets to ensure they remain current and relevant.
- Monitor data sources for any changes or updates that may affect data quality.
Data Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality by finding additional relevant data points.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate new data sources seamlessly into existing databases.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and adhere to data quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of data to maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to support their data needs.
- Communicate data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest data collection and cleaning methodologies.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data collection, data cleaning, data quality management, or a similar role OR
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships demonstrating proficiency in data management tasks.

- Familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
- Basic understanding of data visualisation tools is a plus.
