Role Summary
The Data Quality and Process Development Senior Lead plays a crucial role in the DataForce Services team by planning, developing, analyzing, leading and executing process development initiatives with a strong focus on quality. This role balances hands-on project execution with strategic oversight, collaborating with the project team to ensure outcomes consistently exceed customer expectations. The Data Quality and Process Development Senior Lead mentors junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing to strengthen the team’s capabilities
Role Responsibilities
The Data Quality and Process Development Senior Lead is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and priorities. This role is also responsible for leading process improvement and development initiatives
Partner with various business units and stakeholders to understand existing process related needs/gaps and root causes of existing issues
- Define, measure, analyze, improve and quality control processes across DataForce department
- Track the success of process implementation
- Develop, deliver and maintain process related documentation
- Define strategies that support and positively impact achieving business goals
- Provide support and coaching for team members seeking consultation and DataForce services-specific support
- Collect feedback and findings from stakeholders to drive improvements
- Guide and coach DataForce team members on AI industry best practices, and execution following DataForce and TransPerfect guidelines
- Coach and support junior team members as needed, including delegation of tasks as appropriate
- Provide support within the department for the implementation and delivery of components associated with various initiatives
- Ensure that the project team is following established Quality Control (QC) procedures, develop training plans
- Track key project metrics and assess the effectiveness of current procedures, identifying areas for further enhancement
- Provide QC insights and recommendations to all relevant stakeholders
- Assist QM in the establishment new data quality processes and enhance existing Quality Control (QC) processes to increase data excellence
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
