What You’ll Do:
- Build & maintain systematic reporting on event, data quality, and alerting systems.
- Test event tracking for features and releases to ensure that business-critical data is generated correctly.
- Systematically test business-critical database logic.
- Partner with product managers to ensure new features are tracked appropriately and test the implementation.
- Proactively identify gaps in our data generation and partner with engineering teams to close them.
- Establish conventions and processes around event tracking.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1-2 years data analysis experience in an online business with proven track record of building analytics tools and generating insights.
- Great command of SQL.
- Experience with large data sets (we use Redshift, Postgres, and Clickhouse).
- Good command of Python (especially data-related libraries such as numpy, pandas, etc.)
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into plain language.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with stakeholder management (ideally in a fast-paced environment).
