Our platform provides access to actionable, quick, and smart consumer insights to amplify creative effectiveness and shape winning innovation, empowering insights teams with the agility and the data they need to work with marketing and make better decisions about the ads and innovation they take to market. 

Through working with some of the biggest brands in the world, we’ve built technology that lets our customers see their product innovations and advertising ideas through their consumers’ eyes so they can quickly iterate, optimise, validate, and learn — increasing their chances of in-market success.

How we work

We’re going through an incredibly exciting period of change, having secured Series C funding at the end of 2022, and are looking to recruit an experienced Product Manager to help us grow, refine, and exploit our single greatest asset - our data.

At Zappi, product managers have the space to create and deliver on their long-term vision, backed by a leadership team and business that supports them in turning vision into reality. 

As a Data Product Manager at Zappi, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the development of our data platform. There is a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance our data capabilities working in cross functional teams to drive product success.

What you'll need

  • You can demonstrate the characteristics of an experienced product manager (this is generally more than 4 years of experience)
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and identify key metrics and drivers to evaluate the success of product initiatives.
  • Experience with working across data ingestion, storage, transformation and access. 
  • Sourcing and accessing data from multiple sources
  • Experience in effectively driving products forward across cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams to assess needs and address any challenges

  • Comfortable taking ownership of ongoing projects and initiating new ones.

The Process

We understand you may be involved in many interview processes, so we don’t expect our candidates to complete any take-home exercises. If you apply for this role, you can expect:

  • HR screening call - A 30 minute call with our recruitment team to check your suitability for the role and run through process and logistics 
  • Product team interview - You will engage with the product leadership team to explore your experience and ambitions. 
  • Engineering team interview: You will meet members of the wilder cross functional team and learn more about Zappi's work culture and the projects you'd contribute to. 

Benefits

  • Salary range £70-80K. Salaries are benchmarked annually
  • Unlimited holidays – we want well-rested and motivated teams so encourage people to take plenty of time off. We don’t cap your allowance but do set a minimum of at least 20 days per year plus national holidays.
