Job Responsibilities:
- Handling DSRs.
- Drafting documents including policies, procedures, and opinions and performing research.
- Supporting the Data Privacy Managers and the Data Protection Officer in their daily work.
Job Requirements:
- Basic experience in: Dealing with DSRs; Drafting documents including policies, procedures, and opinions and performing research;
- Knowledge of the EU Privacy Regulatory framework (including but not limited to CJEU jurisprudence and guidelines issued by the ICO and WP29/EDPB);
- Eagerness to learn in the fast–changing environment of the Fintech industry;
- Excellent communication culture in a diverse multinational environment;
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
The following will be considered as an advantage:
- Compliance experience/knowledge in the field of relevant EU financial legislation;
- Relevant information privacy certificate(s) preferred, including but not limited to CIPP/E and CIPT;
- Experience with compliance management platforms preferred (e.g. One Trust and Data Guidance etc.);
- Dealing with RFIs from law enforcement authorities;
- Performing Data Protection Impact Assessments;
- Knowledge of the USA, Brazil, Canada, Australia Privacy Regulatory framework;
Under certain conditions the company offers practical inside training and refunding in case the candidate successfully passes an IAPP exam; For applicants with acquired judicial capacity, please note that you will be able to gain legal experience as per the Bulgarian Bar Act;
