What you will do:
- Lead a team, with Line Management responsibility.
- Ensure the team is upskilled – including new hire onboarding and training of current team members
- Manage the team’s workload; ensure clients and partners have a smooth and harmonious experience of the delivery processes.
- Co-ordinating data deliveries with our sales teams and delivery analysts, encompassing resourcing, planning, prioritisation, and pipeline planning.
- Safeguard our delivery processes with accountability for process improvement and documentation maintenance
- Oversee and follow up on contracts with account managers and partners to ensure compliance with delivery standards.
You will report into the Head of Analytics.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a People Manager, within an analytics or data science engineering function
- Fluent English
- Commercial data knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to Data Processing and Data Protection.
- Knowledge of commercial credit & risk and business information data, analytical models and insights.
- Experience in agile delivery methodologies, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage partners effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues, translating complex concepts into simple terms.
- Experience in data science and analytics would be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar would be considered an advantage.
