Data Operations Associate (4-month contract/Summer Student/Co-op)

The company’s Firmex VDR service is the world’s most trusted virtual data room, having been used by over 140,000 companies worldwide to share confidential documents for due diligence, litigation and compliance. 

 The Data Operations Associate will help to upload data into our CRM. The purpose of this is to help to enable our Sales/Marketing prospecting and to reach out to potential clients.

We need a Data Operations Associate who will:

  • Apply data quality techniques to deduplicate, clean, match, merge, and upload sales contacts into Salesforce
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Demand Tools, and others as needed

  • There may be some opportunity to do the following tasks: 
  • Develop documentation related to Sales/Marketing Operations in Confluence 
  • Administration of Sales/Marketing Tech stack like Salesforce, Pardot, Zoom Info
  • Creating requirements and gathering documentation related to optimization of workflows 
  • Report Development: Design & develop reports, dashboards & alerts in Salesforce or Tableau
  • Support in other data activities related to the Info & Analytics team

What you'll need to be successful as a Data Operations Associate:

  • A detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem solving
  • An ability to work in both self-directed and feedback-driven environments
  • A keen sense of time management and organization
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Some experience with Salesforce CRM would be an asset
  • Some experience with databases, relational database & SQL development
  • Some experience with programming may also be helpful
