- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team members' development and effectiveness
- Develop and implement a competence roadmap to continuously improve the team's skills and knowledge in data migration tools, techniques, and best practices
- Act as a liaison between the Data Migration Team and other departments to understand their needs and provide data migration expertise and support
- Coordinate resources, allocate assignments and manage workloads to meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data migration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards

- Have previous experience or strong interest in leading and managing a team, with people management and mentoring skills
- Have previous working experience in IT – from the areas of project management, dev ops, infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant data migration tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL processes, data mapping tools)
