Databricks is seeking an experienced Data Manager (individual contributor) to join our Partner Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Operations, you will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing the processes, systems, and workflows that support Databricks' Partner data, leveraging a data-driven approach. You will ensure the integrity and alignment of partner data across the organization, driving operational efficiencies and helping to shape the future of the Databricks partner ecosystem.
The Partner Strategy & Operations team supports Databricks' extensive ecosystem of Consulting & SI (C&SI), Cloud, and ISV partners, including their recruitment, training, and ongoing partnership management. Our team is highly focused on driving operational scale within an exceptionally high-growth environment. We equip stakeholders and senior leadership with the insights, tools, and decision criteria needed to inform proactive, effective, and data-driven programmatic strategies.
