Data Management Specialist

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Management Specialist to join our growing team. As a Data Management Specialist, you will use your skill set to manage enrollments in energy efficiency programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains customer confidentiality in accordance with established client policies and procedures.
• Responsible for daily order processing and enrollment support.
• Enrollment and unenrollment of connected devices including thermostats, EV Chargers, etc.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure all orders are being processed and fulfilled correctly.
• Maintains current and accurate information in all databases.
• Assist with weekly and monthly processes such as invoicing.
• Producing and processing documents to and from the warehouse and office using Microsoft Excel and other applications.
• Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and address errors.
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching, and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent in Excel, Word, and all Microsoft applications.  Computer skills test will be required as part of the interview process.
• 1+ years’ experience using database software to manage customer information.
• 1+ years’ experience with data entry
• Excellent attention to detail and focus, to ensure data quality standards.
• Ability to understand and manage large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
