Job Overview
Supermom is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Management Executive to maintain and manage high-quality, accurate data for our campaigns and client deliveries. In this full-time role, you will leverage your expertise in Excel to clean, organize, and verify large datasets, ensuring that all data meets client requirements and drives insightful decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Validation
- Clean up and organize raw data in Excel to meet internal quality standards and client specifications.
- Review and validate the accuracy of data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Data Formatting & Delivery
- Format data according to clients’ templates and specifications for seamless integration into their systems.
- Manage the end-to-end process of preparing and sending finalized data to clients within stipulated timelines.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct routine checks to ensure completeness, correctness, and overall data quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and optimize data processes.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with campaign participants or other relevant parties to verify missing or unclear information.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth data flow and updates.
- Data Reporting & Insights
- Generate regular reports highlighting key metrics, discrepancies, or trends in the datasets.
- Offer suggestions for process improvements based on data insights and analysis.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Natural Sciences, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline).
- 1–2 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field preferred (fresh graduates with strong skills will be considered).
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and data visualization.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and performing numerical analysis.
- Experience with data management tools or basic programming (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Work Requirements
