Role Summary
The Data Automation Team is responsible for supporting various processes in collaboration with the Service & Billing team in their goal of provisioning the Experian products to end clients right first time. The Data Automation Team must ensure accurate completion of the assigned tasks. Expected to meet the established deadlines working hard as a team and deliver high quality service with attention to the details in fast paced environment. This role predominantly is an operational role and would require process adherence and meeting timelines. Principle responsibilities Uploading Invoice copies on AR portals of clients Loading cyclic invoicing and other billing files into the billing system Managing day to day workloads Ensuring KPI’s/SLA’s are met for all Business Units Adhering to all Compliance and Global Security procedures Analyzing and interpreting requirements to ensure correct actions are met Acts as the 1st line of defense in ensuring processes are operating within the control framework and also ensuring all audit and compliance requirements are adhered to Liaising with colleagues in the Service and Billing Team around Experian Flexibility in busy periods at month end Comply with company rules and procedures and stay informed about their updates. Keeping team standard operating procedures and other documentation up to date Share knowledge with team members and new hires in the team Ensure accuracy and high level of quality of the completed work Provide support on implementation of project migration, process enhancement/ improvement, and any other global initiatives Qualifications Able to deal with high volume transactional orientated environment Adaptable to change and is willing to support automations in reducing manual processes Flexibility Process adherence Able to work on own initiative and prioritize daily workload accordingly Able to work under pressure Accurate processing of information Good attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Manage own workload Ownership/Responsibility Team player Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Client focus Good written and spoken English
