Role and Responsibilities:
As a junior member of our data integration engineering team, you will play an important role in supporting our ongoing projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers while gaining hands-on experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Hands-On Contribution: Assist with data integration tasks, including building data pipelines, working on ETL processes, and supporting data integrations. You'll help troubleshoot technical issues and gradually build your expertise.
Integrations Support: Help implement scalable data integration solutions that meet business needs, while learning to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the pipeline.
Data Quality: Support the monitoring of data quality and integrity, and assist in applying data governance policies when necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside teams in data science, analytics, and other departments to understand data requirements and contribute to delivering valuable insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
Familiarity with Python, SQL, Data processing concepts and practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset, with a focus on team success.
Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
Enthusiastic about learning and staying up-to-date with industry trend.
