Where do you fit?

We are seeking a Data Integration Consultant who will be responsible for delivering high-quality data integrations. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Implementation and Technology Consultant to develop new data integration solutions and maintain existing integrations while adhering to industry best practices and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will work with clients ranging from small businesses to large multi-national organizations, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience.

Impact you will make in the role:

  • Onboard new clients efficiently, keeping relevant stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Implement and maintain customer database extractions to ensure up-to-date data is available for services.
  • Respond to client tickets and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Investigate data anomalies and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues.
  • Develop and propose innovative solutions to improve processes and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best practices and fit-for-purpose solutions are applied.
  • Assist pre-sales, technical support, and clients with data-related inquiries.
  • Handle client communications via phone and email, ensuring excellent service and timely responses.
  • Engage other teams as needed to provide optimal customer support.
  • Work with international clients, requiring occasional flexibility beyond core UK business hours.

What you will bring:

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server.
  • 3 + years experience implementing, supporting, or maintaining SaaS clients.
  • Good to excellent knowledge of T-SQL
  • Exposure to data modeling techniques.
  • Experience extracting data from ERP systems.
  • Strong relational database management skills (data accuracy, mapping, housekeeping, verification, and documentation).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into non-technical terms for customers.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English at a professional level.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, scheduling, and planning abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and able to manage pressure effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer onboarding, project management, or data integration processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and accounting systems like Sage, Dynamics, and Epicor.
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement and driving efficiencies.

Location: This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Solihull, UK location, specifically, working in-office two days per week.
