Data Insights Manager

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Data Insights Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making at b_labs, leading our data analytics team, developing and implementing data strategies, and providing actionable insights to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
• Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Lead a team of data analysts to conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and uncover valuable insights.
• Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to provide timely and accurate insights to stakeholders.
• Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to communicate complex data effectively.
• Design and implement data models to support analytical and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and tools, and recommend their adoption as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a data-driven role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading and managing a team of data analysts.
• A passion for data and a drive to uncover insights that drive business value.
