Responsibilities:
- Create training content and knowledge sharing resources on data-related topics (e.g., the use of business intelligence tools, data literacy, data visualization, and data governance tools such as Collibra).
- Deliver live training sessions, virtually and in-person.
- Assist in the configuration and management of metadata management tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, Informatica).
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Assist in the configure and maintenance of enterprise metadata templates (e.g., data dictionaries, business glossaries, metrics/KPI glossaries).
- Support the customer’s content strategy and knowledge management efforts.
Required Skillset:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with data governance.
- Experience designing training content and resources in one of the following disciplines: data visualization, data analysis, data science, data governance, federal HR, or DEIA.
- Experience working with data governance concepts, data quality management, and data stewardship
- Experience providing direct customer support (e.g., responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues).
- Experience in content strategy and/or knowledge management.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred)

- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
