JOB PURPOSE
• To provide excellent shipment transaction data and visibility to customer through the completion of the required processes while ensuring correct and timely completion of tasks.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Training:
• To be able to learn and take on new information quickly and concisely
Communication:
• To be able to report to your supervisor any issues as soon as they arise
Operations:
• Be able to follow the work instructions provided by collaborators accurately and efficiently
• To carry out data entry into the operating systems as per the information provided, both accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with the Supervisor for any critical information requiring clarification
• Be able to provide data analysis to supervisor to drive performance improvement
• Deliver yearly KPI set up the company
QHSE:
• Comply with China Procedures that directly relate to the work being carried out by data management center
Requirements
• Fluent English – Reading and written
• Sound computer skills, including word, excel and data applications
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Ability to follow detailed processes and apply written instruction
• Ability to process high volumes of data entry, accurately, efficiently and for extended periods.
• Ability to pay close attention to details with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
• Adaptable and flexible
• Preferred 1- 2 years Freight Forwarding Experience
• Preferred knowledge and experience in either Sea or Air Freight Imports
• Preferred 1-2 years Shared Service Center experience
• Preferred BDA certification or other certification related to data
