Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of data engineers to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that support business objectives.
Architect and implement efficient data storage solutions to support real-time analytics and batch processing needs.
Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in alignment with industry standards.
Drive the adoption of modern data engineering technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and infrastructure.
