We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Engineer to take ownership of our data infrastructure from end to end, playing a key role in driving Pinwheel’s next stage of growth. You will help us decode customer insights and trends in order to identify high impact product opportunities.You will design, craft, and optimize our data architecture, pipelines, and reporting solutions to fuel and enhance our growing data needs as we scale our business. Working cross-functionally to understand business requirements, you will offer expertise and drive informed decision-making; collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Sales.

The talent market is competitive, and maintaining our ability to recruit and retain the best team possible is a top priority for Pinwheel. When creating an offer, we consider interview performance, candidate experience, external market competitiveness, and internal equity in thoughtfully assessing compensation. The expected cash salary range for this role is $161,000 to $190,000.
