We are seeking a Power BI Developer to join the dynamic retail team, specializing in luxury accessories from renowned brands like Pandora Jewelry and Steve Madden Footwear. Company: A retail company with a long-standing working relationship with two well-known brands: Pandora Jewelry and Steve Madden Footwear (three stores for each brand). We focus on selling luxury accessories from well-known world brands.

Team: Cozy team of over 100 passionate professionals, led by an incredible CEO with a background in Shopify development. You will work in a team with 3 other strong specialists, the COO will be your direct manager.

Together We Will:

  • Design and develop engaging Power BI dashboards that empower teams to make data-driven decisions;
  • Create a robust reporting system by integrating data from legacy systems, Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, MySQL, and more;
  • Continuously improve existing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that align with business objectives;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions that align with business goals and measure success effectively;
  • Explore and implement new reporting tools and methodologies to continuously improve the way we visualize and interpret data.

What You Will Need:

  • A degree in data analytics, computer science, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in a data-related or business intelligence position;
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1-C2);
  • Proficiency in data mining and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), with strong report writing skills;
  • Working knowledge of automation and database management;
  • Expertise in ETL technologies such as SQL, APIs, and data visualization platforms;
  • Mastery of Power BI for building complex reports from various data sources and interactive dashboards;
  • Must have experience in both back-end and front-end development, with a strong awareness of UI design.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for data;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Would Be a Plus:

  • Worked in similar industry before and have an understanding of KPIs in retail;
  • Ability to visit the office in Poland (Warsaw) several times a week;
  • Good sense of humor 😊
