What is this position about?
You will be an integral part of a diverse team, collaborating with talented engineers at a prominent company that provides Global Employer of Record (EOR) services. They help businesses expand internationally by handling various HR, compliance, and administrative tasks related to employing people in different countries.
What will I be doing?
Work with product management and engineering on data analysis.
Implement ETL processes.
Ingest data from various platforms, ensuring quality at each stage of the data lifecycle.
Create necessary infrastructure to execute processes in an automated and orchestrated manner.
Ensure data accuracy and high quality through technical expertise.
Keep organized documentation of the findings.
Collaborate with business areas and other teams to define requirements and suggest improvements.
Proactively find solutions to potential issues and/or blockers by working with necessary stakeholders and communicating with leadership.
Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
What expertise do I need?
Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Python experience is mandatory (Pyspark, Pandas, pytest, API Calls).
Proven experience in SQL with a focus on data analysis (finding data discrepancies, mismatching, integrations between platforms).
ETL experience is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with GitHub.
Knowledge about Databricks (Nice to have!).
Experience working with Terraform (Nice to have!).
Experience working with remote, multicultural teams (Nice to have!).
What about languages?
Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!
How much experience must I have?
