- Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, such as IT, customer service, and operations, to ensure accurate data collection and to understand the context behind the numbers;
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving service performance based on KPI data. This may involve recommending changes to processes, systems, or training programs;
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all KPI calculations and reports comply with organizational standards and external regulations;
- Responsibility with Dates and Schedules: Maintain a high level of responsibility with dates and schedules to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL, or specialized KPI tracking systems;
