Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Extract and manipulate data from different systems using SQL queries.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and present data clearly and efficiently.
- Perform data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support the operations team in the development of metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure reporting needs are met.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data presented in reports.
- Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Solid experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts).
- Experience in data analysis or creating operational reports.
- Ability to identify trends and insights from data.
- Strong communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of report automation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
