Responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of applications, using data analysis skills to generate insights into test results and system performance. This person plays a key role in developing and implementing functional test cases, while also analyzing and interpreting data to improve QA processes and identify potential optimizations in testing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and execute functional test cases to ensure applications meet business requirements.
- Perform manual and automated tests, identifying bugs and functional inconsistencies.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure correction and validation of detected errors.
- Analyze and interpret test data, generating detailed reports on the performance and quality of the tested systems.
- Use data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, etc.) to identify patterns and trends in test results.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor testing progress and quality metrics.
- Contribute data insights to improve the efficiency of QA processes.
- Ensure that QA best practices are followed and updated according to new methodologies and tools.
- Participate in planning and retrospective meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Solid experience in functional testing, with skills in creating and executing test cases.
- Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, etc.).
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Good communication skills to work as a team and document test results in a clear and objective manner.
