As part of Dubizzle Group, Dubizzle KSA Autos is hiring for Data Collector, who will play a crucial role in obtaining accurate details from car sellers and uploading those details to the classifieds platform. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to ensure that listings meet quality standards. We are looking for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and committed to providing an exceptional experience for our users.
In this role, you will:
- Collect detailed information from car sellers regarding the vehicles they wish to list on the classifieds platform.
- Ensure accurate and complete data entry of vehicle details into the classifieds platform.
- Verify and validate information provided by sellers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Communicate with sellers to obtain any missing or unclear details about their vehicles.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address any issues or inquiries related to listings.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and quality control in all listings.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and features in the automotive market to enhance listings.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding any improvements or enhancements needed in the listing process.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to listing efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuously optimize and streamline the listing process for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus
- At least 2 years of client servicing and data entry/survey experience in field
- MS Office
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate online platforms
- Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- An advanced understanding of the automotive industry and vehicle specifications is a plus
