Our Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates the foundational technology platforms that power all of the firm’s applications and businesses. Our disciplines span a broad array of technologies from datacenter infrastructure to large scale cloud services, with the shared goal of providing the most reliable, performant, modern technology platforms to improve time-to-market for our business. We also deliver end-user technology solutions to support the evolving collaboration and productivity needs of our global teams. What you’ll do

• Set up and install network, storage and server hardware according to business requirements
• Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot infrastructure system health and remediate issues
• Deploy and configure Linux and Windows server operating systems
• Follow change management processes, identify and escalate reliability risks
• Manage data center assets and inventories, schedule and track hardware maintenance and spare equipment
• Maintain proper documentation, operational procedures, reports, port maps and rack layouts
• Work with data center partners to ensure facilities systems are working properly and in accordance with requirements
• Install, manage and troubleshoot the information systems on which the data centers run
• Perform quality assurance testing of enterprise server, storage, and networking systems
• Work with third party vendors to deploy, manage, and support all infrastructure hardware

What’s required

• 3+ years of related experience in data center operations, facility management, systems support and maintenance
• 3+ years of experience with installation, testing, and maintenance of HPE and Dell computer systems
• Strong understanding of CMDB and lifecycle management
• Knowledge of infrastructure network and cabling requirements
• Previous experience setting up and configuring enterprise server hardware and storage and networking systems (specifically Linux, Windows servers, and VMWare operating systems)
• Knowledge of the OS model related to the physical, data link and network layers
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Previous experience with network and power capacity planning
• Ability to regularly handle heavy equipment and use standard hardware lifts

The annual base salary range for this role is $115,000-$150,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
