ELEKS Data and Analytics Practice Office is looking for a Data Architect in Poland.
ABOUT PROJECT
Our client is a global industry leader in Entertainment Providers from the USA, offers complex movements for artists, brands, performing arts spaces around the world with show control and automation technology.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 8 years of development experience
- At least 4 year of experience with Azure, or AWS, or GCP
- Ability to design and document data architecture
- 3 years of hands-on experience architecting solutions on Cloud Platforms and Data Platforms
- Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake (would be a plus)
- Experience in creating and implementing data architectures
- Understanding of software, infrastructure and security architecture in cloud and non-functional aspects like performance, scalability, reliability, availability, maintainability and others
- Ability to estimate, plan and track project status and deliverables
- Experience with market leading relational databases, big data, and streaming technologies
- Experience in data modeling, defining data strategy, designing data lake, data warehouse
- Experience in processing large volumes of data for throughput and latency goals
- Experience with migrations to the Clouds (would be a plus)
- Experience designing data architectures with data integrations of different types: including API / microservices, enterprise applications, legacy databases, raw data
- Hands-on experience at least in one programming language (C#, Python, Java, Scala)
- Willingness to develop in data analytics domain and train colleagues
- Experience with AI and GAI tools (would be a plus)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design data architecture for solutions for medium and large enterprises based on available requirements and technical documentation
- Work together with business analyst and software architects on the requirements elicitation and holistic solution design
- Design and document data architectures
- Analyze and estimate required efforts for solution implementation
- Develop data architecture knowledge expertise at the company, support and consult fellow architects
