In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data for the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Consumer Products team to deliver business insights that enhance and evolve our value proposition. Each initiative we undertake is unique, ranging from creating curated card value propositions for affluent portfolios to providing best-in-class solutions for broader access to credit. You will own, analyze, and interpret data from our existing products and benefits across various channels to deliver key insights that drive our business forward.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional critical thinker, analytical in nature and possess the ability to influence and collaborate across a complex and highly matrixed organization, implementing a data-driven approach across multiple initiatives and teams. Strong project management skills are also a must.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Product Management, Consulting, Project management or Data Science for financial services, payments, technology, or fintech, with a solid understanding of macroeconomics and consumer behavior.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach, attention to detail, and a track record of supporting change and delivering results.
• Strong information design skills
• Subject matter expertise in traditional and emerging methods and players in the consumer payments ecosystem, leveraging insights and market research.
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of product financials and experience in product strategy and commercialization.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to influence stakeholder decision-making with a data-based approach
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder, adept at adapting communication strategies to audience needs and effective at building stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic and critical thinker, capable of methodically breaking down problems and creatively solving them
• Innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas.
• Solid technical acumen, with the ability to process and understand technical information when necessary.
• Experience using tools and platforms to create and present data (Tableau) in an engaging way
• Fluent or native in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
