About the Role
A new position has been created within our Anthos Data Management team to play a key role in delivering on our Vision 2030 business strategy. Specifically, our business strategy focuses on the ever-increasing quality of our core Anthos services and offerings to our clients, and this role will be instrumental to contribute to this by implementing specific changes in the delivery of these services by the use of AI and the effective working with data.
As part of the role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with team members from diverse professional disciplines, such as legal, tax and investments. The role offers variety and the chance to learn and make a positive impact on how we deliver our legal (notary and estate planning), tax and investment advisory and financial planning, especially as we pursue to maintain creating value over family generations and underpin our sustainability goals for now and the future.
The role is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and reports to the Senior Data Management Specialist.
Responsibilities
Data and Data Analytics
· Proactively manage and coordinate complex data (e.g. investment portfolio data, holdings data, sustainability data, exposures, client data), deriving from multiple sources, to underpin our Vision 2030 and to enhance the core professional services offering, while ensuring we deliver on our client promises
· Work together with data architects and data engineers to arrange well-functioning data interfaces, seamless data integration and to unlock data to a unified schema
· Work with data domain owners to protect the data integrity, as well as to ensure alignment and progress towards business objectives (including creating value for clients and employees)
· Support the data stewards with frameworks and tools to ensure data quality standards are met
· Analyze and prepare data to be used in our internal reporting channels and towards our clients
· Setup reports to visualize insights to help make decisions
· Stay connected and aligned with the other data teams across the enterprise to continuously optimize data processes
· Work with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions
AI adoption
· Drive the successful adoption of AI across Anthos’ core services, which include legal advisory, tax advisory, notarial and estate execution services and private wealth management
· Contribute to integrating AI models into existing systems and workflows
· Ensure smooth AI deployment and monitor the performance of AI solutions
· Provide training and support to colleagues on how to use AI tools and interpret AI driven insights
Change management (culture and awareness)
· Promote a data-driven culture in the organization
· Remain up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements
· Act as knowledge-centre for the business in the area of data & AI
Requirements
· Bachelor and/or master degree in field such as Computer Science, (applied) Mathematics, or another field with high exposure to data analytics
· Preferably 1-3 years’ work experience in data management in a legal or tax advisory, or in an investments environment (also open to other professional services firms)
· Experience with the following tools and concepts:
· Experience in delivering relevant projects and demonstrates robust project management
· Communication skills and fluency in business-level English
· Ability to effectively collaborate with other teams and build strong working relations , as well as to combine business and IT/Technology needs
· Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
· Self-organised and structured, with ability to work independently and remotely on assigned projects
· Can do mindset, pro-active, highly motivated and eager to learn
· Accuracy and quality oriented
· Unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity
· High sensitivity for data privacy being a key consideration of the work · Valid EU working permit
