Team Leadership. As the Data Analytics Manager (m/f/x), you will supervise and mentor a team of specialists, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Dashboards. You will create and maintain dashboards and reports, utilizing data visualization tools like DOMO/Tableau to identify abnormalities on the spot.
Data Analysis. You will support subject experts with data analysis to bring in more insights and data driven decisions
Collaboration. You collaborate seamlessly with data engineering teams to ensure data sources are accessible and well-organized.
Stakeholder Management. You collaborate with Customer Operations department heads and executives to understand their data needs and effectively communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategy. You play a vital role in contributing to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. In a similar operational role within the gaming industry, specifically in Customer Operations.
Data Analysis Expert: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights.
Tech Stack: Proven experience in SQL, DOMO, Tableau
Managerial Experience: Proven managerial experience of data analytics team
Excellent Understanding of all Customer Operations Functions. Understanding customer operations methodologies and end users' needs is essential to succeed.
Excellent Written and Communication Skills. To succeed in this role, you would require excellent Written and Communication skills.
Proactive. You are a doer! You gained a reputation of being self-motivated and solution oriented. 
Organization: Strong organizational skills to ensure data accuracy and interpretation.
