You'll be working on Wizz, a social app specifically designed for teens, boasting over 5 million monthly active users in the US and UK.
As a member of a high-performing team of 20, you'll collaborate to further scale and enhance Wizz, fostering a spirit of goodwill and creativity. As Wizz continues its dynamic growth and development, we are seeking an ambitious Product Data Analyst to join.
Role
Conduct thorough analyses of pre and post product changes, defining KPIs and prioritizing initiatives based on expected impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AB testing, analyzing results, and improving testing frameworks for enhanced product evaluation.
Manage data workflows efficiently using tools like DAG and dbt, while developing and maintaining dynamic dashboards for clear visualization of key metrics.
Align performance metrics with strategic goals to define quarterly objectives, ensuring decisions are data-driven and well-informed.
Profile
You are fluent in French & English
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to balance the tradeoff between time-consuming development and rapid results
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 5 years of proven experience in product analytics, AB testing, and data-driven decision-making; experience doing product analytics for consumer apps is a plus
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation; experience with scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Strong familiarity with data processing tools such as DAG and dbt, as well as dashboarding tools like Tableau and Looker.
Bonus point if you are familiar with a product analysis tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align data analyses with broader business objectives and drive impact through strategic initiatives.
