Data Analysis:
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support Fresh Futures’ business objectives.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
Reporting & Visualization:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders through visualisations and written reports.
Data Interpretation:
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve platform features, user experience, and business strategies.
- Collaborate with the Business Data Scientist and other team members to align data analysis with overall business goals.
Data Management:
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of data to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor data quality and work with the Data Quality Specialist to address any data discrepancies or issues.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and IT, to understand their data needs and deliver relevant analyses.
- Support the development of data collection systems and strategies to optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Propose and implement improvements to data analysis processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role OR
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships demonstrating proficiency in data analysis tasks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
- Familiarity with data management and data cleaning processes.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business objectives.
- Experience in identifying and developing data-driven business opportunities is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
