The data analyst is responsible for strengthening Tyler’s ability to provide data management and analysis supporting our product verticals by developing and maintaining processes to efficiently capture, store, and present data to key business stakeholders. Assists management and business process owners in reporting SLAs, providing insights, and creating visual representations of the data to tell a story. This role requires a talented professional with a diverse mix of skills in data management, data visualization, and the ability to partner with all aspects of our business, from Call Center, Customer Support, Product Team, and Application Development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business needs into data requirements
- Provide insights across multiple verticals and present information and trends to business owners
- Prepare executive level PowerPoint presentations to provide business status updates as well aid in decision making
- Graphically represent large dataset telling the story and aiding in decision making
- Use data to improve processes across business lanes
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and present data to support decision making
- Assist business owners to improve customer experience processes through data analytics

Retrieve and combine data from multiple sources and formats and consolidate into a centralize data warehouse
- Prepare monthly SLA reports for multiple business verticals
- Work with 3rd parties to integrate data systems and sources which may include documenting requirements and technical solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus outstanding communications and problem-solving skills
- Current knowledge of PowerBI, Power Query, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL Processes, and Data Warehousing
- Working knowledge of MS 365 Integrations
- AWS cloud experience a plus
- Familiar with ZenDesk, MS Dynamics, JIRA and other ticketing systems
- Excellent customer service skills, including good verbal and written abilities
- Strong leadership, organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to influence other teams without direct authority
