The role
WeWork is currently seeking a Data Analyst on our Data & Analytics team for LatAm. This is a full time position located preferably in São Paulo (hybrid work model).
The LatAm Data & Analytics team is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the data sources used by the operations teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Community, etc), for the development of the official reports that leadership consults to determine next steps for the company, as well as for the deep dives and analysis into the main issues of the business in order to support local leaders with a data-first approach.
Therefore, Data Analysts are expected to bring a mix of hard skills mainly in SQL and Python which will be used in the data extraction models, some level of data visualization proficiency (currently done in Tableau), and a process/business mindset in order to understand what the company needs and how we can use data insights to help the teams optimize.
